To specify the E-gift card was for mother’s day so the sooner I can get it the better. I don’t understand why it was not just emailed right after i placed the order.

on 5/12 I ordered a $25 E gift card. my account has been charged the $25 however she still has not received it in her email and it is 5/14. how can this get resolved quickly?
