No problem with the facility or equipment, but they are managed by thieves. After giving the required 30 day notice in writing (in the office with Gabby, both on paper and signing the computer digitally) they continued to bill our credit card.

They denied that we had ever quit. We stopped the charge on the credit card but they just changed the amount charged and date billed the following month and kept doing it. They denied that we had ever quit. We were foolish enough to trust them and not demand copies of the paperwork when we quit in writing.

The manager refuses to stop the charges, refund any amounts that were fraudulently billed and demanded that we come in and quit again, with another 30 days billed after that. They are thieves, and I'll wager that we aren't the only ones they've done this to.
