My account was on-hold and still had to pay a minimum amount to preserve my initial rate from many years ago. Got an email from the local manager stating the account would be coming off hold. I replied to the email to CANCEL the MEMBERSHIP and I COULD NOT COME IN DUE TO RECOVERING FROM SURGERY.
HE NEVER REPLIED. HE NEVER CANCELED THE MEMBERSHIP. LT BILLED ME AS THEY HAVE A 30-DAY NOTICE AND WOULD NOT CANCEL UNTIL I CAME IN AND SIGNED THE CANCELLATION. APPARENTLY THIS IS IN THE CONTRACT TERMS! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
WOULD NEVER RETURN TO LIFETIME FITNESS!
LT Customer Service stopped all future billing but still billed me for a month I could not attend.
