My wife had a month to month,no contract membership with lifetime fitness in Woodstock, Georgia.

She cancelled her membership in March, and has not returned since, however we still get billed. We called them, and also wasted time goin to the location on Hwy 92 in Woodstock, Georgia.

They only want money for services not used for a month to month membership, which should be criminal. We are contacting the BBB, also the Governors office of consumer affairs.

Lifetime customer service is non existant, they only want one thing, your Money!

Forget the BBB. They can and will do nothing.

They are not the Commerce Police. They have no legal authority of representation or any other power of any sort. And don't bother whining to Big Brother ; that won't help and should always be the LAST RESORT. Did you put your resignation in writing and serve it via Certified Mail ?

I thought not. That is the only way to establish an admissible timeline of your action. You called. Wow, harsh.

Did you read the contract you signed ? There's probably a micro printed clause about resignations and billing.
