I cannot believe how unethical Lifetime fitness is. They kept billing me monthly for swim lesson for my kids that I cancelled and refused to refund me $600 for six months.

Needless to say, I am cancelling my entire family's membership that we had intended to keep for at least 10 years at $5000 a year. If you treat your customers like *** they will leave.

I will have to cancel using my credit card. The customer service is absolutely horrible and they do not care about their clients. The website and wifi in the facility is a joke, and most of the bathrooms are dirty.

Slimy floors. When their office is contacted they provide not incentive for individuals to continue using the facility.
