I am in court on Tuesday with Life Time Fitness. They charge be thousands of dollars in personal training fees with a trainer I liked. When she left they would NOT refund over $7700 in training not used. They also over charged.
This is not a customer service issue. I think the company is in serious financial shape. Make sure you dump any stock you have before it goes down further.
They do not know they in the customer experience business. There are many other options that have more ethics and not desperate to rip off the customer. To them money is more important than keeping a customer.
