Worst customer service ever. I requested for an 11 am haircut appointment.
The person at the front desk booked me for 10am with Crystal saying 11am was unavailable. I was told I may have to wait a bit. I reached for my appointment on time and waited for 40m with no sign of being attended to any time soon. The stylist was busy with her previous client and didn't give me any indication of how long it could take.
If she was booked at 11am too then there was no way I was going to get a cut between 10:40-11 am. I don't blame the stylist but the people at the front desk need to be more professional and aware.
I certainly don't have time to lounge around in the waiting area and read magazines for over 30 minutes. If I had showed up 40m late for this appointment, I'm pretty sure they would have refused to kee my appointment.
