I received the message below after they refused to refund the dues that was taken out in error because of their negligence to stand by their freeze agreement. Very unprofessional.

I apologize that we were unable to contact you when Mandy called and left a voicemail on Saturday February 13th. We will be honoring your request to place the account on Medical freeze effective until February 1, 2017. If you choose to cancel before that you will not be charged. Unfortunately we will not be able to honor the request for to refund past two months of membership dues. Please feel free to reach out to myself or Mandy with any other questions or concerns.
