I have been a member for about a year, and due to my schedule, needed to cancel my membership, so I took time off and went in to cancel. I did this in July of 2014.
Besides giving me a "hard sell" to keep me from cancelling, I cancelled anyway. They said that it would take a month before the charges would stop. It's been 3 months and a number of calls the last of which, they told me that I needed to bring in the cancellation paperwork (which of course there was none).
This company practices FRAUD on a daily basis.
