WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were overcharged for items and billed for months when our account was supposed to be on hold. Provided Dr note for surgery for account hold and a email, yet the letter was conveniently misplaced and since the employee who took it has left and they will not honor the email they have refused to refund our account.
We were told that people lie to put there accounts on hold while I was sitting there with all our letters and insurance billings from the 2 neck surgeries in 4 weeks. Being called a LIAR was our final straw.
Company is obviously in financial distress as they don't care about their clients.
