I was overcharged $960 on my account and have not yet recieved a refund... what more do I need to say?
12 months later, still chasing them. Multiple, multiple attempts to contact, they never answer the phone, lots of excuses and "its being processed" but nothing comes my way. Worst customer services I have ever experienced.
You can see that it's all basic part of their strategy to overcharge and delay giving money back, and most people just give up because they make it so difficult to get the money back.
