It's truly amazing to me that an organization can spend millions of dollars to build a world class facility but provide customers with such poor service and have untrained employees that then translates to an experience that completely washes away the physical environment that is created. I have brought-up numerous issues to local management (Jeff May) during my first 30 days with the gym, then at 60 days the issues got worse and now I'm left knowing my son was mistreated today and cried to his mother about the event he experienced.

There is extremely incompetent management at this location and the whole organization (Lifetime Fitness) does not value its customers. They would rather see you leave versus fix issues or address major concerns. Issues you may ask; how about verbal abuse to children from the children’s director, nasty confrontations from pool staff about when and when you cannot be in the water or worse, all customer problems go in one ear and out another. Total lack of training for pool lifeguards and kids camp staff.

The management has lost control and has a toxic culture for staff. For a facility that must have cost $35 million to build, it’s not worth a dollar in my mind due to the horrible service, lack of standards, lack of training, lack of customer service and inability to take customer concerns seriously. If you don’t mind putting your kids at risk for verbal abuse, neglect, endangerment and like to be abrasively confronted by pool staff, join this gym. Lastly as for the pools, good luck trying to use them, they have so many rules preventing customers from swimming that it makes you wonder if they are supposed to be static art pieces.

I would never recommend someone joining Lifetime Fitness.

Save your money and go somewhere where you will be treated like a real human and customer.

Do research and you will find a mass amount of folks unpleased with the whole Company and this locations management.
